A family estate (6th generation) covering 7 ha. It is made up of 4 large plots spread over the municipalities of Taillan-Médoc and Blanquefort. The peculiarity of the soils (gravelly, sandy, clayey-gravelly) and subsoils (gravelly, limestone and clayey) allowed the establishment of various grape varieties which makes it one of the rare areas with so many varieties.
We fell in love with this Haut-Médoc 2015, fine, distinctive, deep in color, with a nose of blackberries and redcurrants, a tasty mouthfeel, with velvety tannins, a full-bodied wine with very good persistence. The 2014, where Cabernets are the majority, maturing for 18 months in vats and barrels, 10 to 20% of which are new, traditional vinification in stainless steel vats, mixing aromatic concentration, fine tannins and power, with notes of cooked black fruit, on the palate harmonious.
Haut-Médoc Origine 2014 is a wine with nuances of spicy aromas, dominated by blackberries and blackcurrants, very rich on the nose and in the mouth, intense color, powerful tannins, good aging.

At the head of the Second Classified Great Wines, which comes to reward a formidable value for money-typicity.
The Castle owes its name to the English General Galian who from this place commanded the English troops during the occupation of Aquitaine in the 15th century. Very beautiful 2010, rich in bouquet as in matter, all on the palate with nuances of stewed black fruit, with balanced tannins, full, aging. The 2009 is powerful on the palate, with ripe tannins, a wine that smells of ripe redcurrant and humus, all roundness, good structure, structured and fine at the same time, very good aging, to lead to a square of lamb with garlic. The 2008 is full of color and material, with a nose of morello cherry and smoke, rich and oily, intense, with a beautiful balance, a wine with tannins very present but silky.

38 ha vineyard planted on a stony soil mixed with sand and clay (this is called croups).
