Remarkable 2003, quite fleshy, with supple and quite well-balanced tannins, the intense nose (blackberry, strawberry, groove). Also taste its Lussac-Saint-Émilion Château Bourdil 2006, resulting from a winegrowing of 10 ha on slopes argilo-limestones, with the complex nose where the currants and the humus prevail, of quite fleshy mouth, a coloured and dense wine, with tannins agreeably present and melted at the same time. Remarkable 2005, rich color, where the morello cherry and the humus mix, with tannins silky, robust, with the nose slightly spiced as it should be. Excellent 2004, a wine which combines powerfull and suppleness, with this nose where the prune prevails, very scented, well-balanced, with round tannins, of persistent mouth. The 2003, of color brilliant crimson, with the nose prevailed by spices and the prunes, quite well-balanced, are to be led to a roast of veal.

Always with the head of its appellation with it Lalande-de-Pomerol 2005, very charmer, with the subtle nose where leather and the crystallized prune prevail, of a very nice concentration in mouth, with quite real and delicate tannins, slightly spiced as it should be, really very succeeded, of guard. The 2003, very aromatic, are quite well-balanced, with the macerated raspberry connotations, of a very nice concentration in mouth, with tannins present and tasty, of subtly peppered mouth. The 2001, robust, of beautiful steady robe, loose and distinguished in mouth, with the spiced nose, well melted tannins, are very charmer and deserve to be waited to benefit from its potential. The 2000 are remarkable, rich and subtle with the nose as in mouth, with the nuances of macerated fruits and undergrowth, of guard. The 99 really very pleasant today, is very coloured, where the morello cherry and the humus mix, with the spiced nuances, dense, of a harmonious tannic base, of very good structure, very accessible. To Tasted again this year, the 96 is remarkable, all color and out of matter, with the subtle nose prevailed by persistent aromas of smoked, humus and of black cherry, a wine which makes wonder on a leg with the string.

Also classified very well. Family property since more than 5 generations, of 7,5 ha on a sablo-muddy and stony plate. The planted grape varieties are composed of 65% of Merlot, 15% of Cabernet-Sauvignon and 20% of Cabernet franc, manual grape harvest. Remarkable Pomerol 2006, fullbodied and robust, with powerful and persistent aromas of macerated morello cherry and raspberry, a wine full, complex, ample, which continues its evolution. Beautiful 2005, of full and rich mouth, with the complex nuances of fruits of the wood and of smoked, typified, a beautiful wine which is appropriate particularly for the spiced dishes. The 2004 are a wine where the smoothness prevails, with these notes very characteristic of leather and slightly crystallized fruits, with full tannins, of beautiful structure. The 2003, with the powerful and subtle nose at the same time, the connotations of ripe small fruits and truffle, are molten in mouth and promising. The 2002, robust, fullbodied, from beautiful robe steady, loose and are distinguished in mouth, with the slightly spiced nose, tannins quite present and melted at the same time, very charmer. A family property located at 60 m of altitude, exposed to the south-west, which have old vines from 40 to 45 years, and the planted grape varieties to prevalence of black Merlot (85%) is supplemented by Cabernet franc (10%) and Cabernet-Sauvignon (5%). Bordeaux Supérieur Château Bossuet 2005 (65% Merlot, 17,5% Cabernet franc, 17,5% Cabernet-Sauvignon), with the subtle notes of overripe small fruits, with firm and silky tannins, is a wine coloured, traditional, of supple and tasty mouth, quite fleshy, of excellent guard. The 2004 are of deep color, complex with the nose as in mouth (prune, spices), with very well-balanced tannins. Its 2003 are of beautiful vivid robe, with rich tannins, the connotations characteristic of fresh fruits and undergrowth, combining a real structure with a nice roundness in mouth. Taste Blanc Château Pâquerette, with the nose of fresh flowers and dry small fruits.
