Located on a gravelly ridge facing south, the family vineyard covers 17 ha, Merlot for 88% and 12% Cabernet Franc. "The quality of the grapes at the time of the grape harvests, says Piton, depends on the reasoned work of the man in the vineyard, but is also governed by climatology, because it is still the nature that remains master of the game. Two to three weeks before the ripening of the grapes, maturity checks are carried out on the vines twice a week. They consist of taking grape berries from each plot in order to follow the evolution of the weight of 100 berries, and their sugar and acid content. The whole is aged in French oak barrels. The tasting, throughout the breeding is our common thread. It is according to our palate that we intervene on the wine. As during the vinification, nothing is systematic. "
Its Lalande-de-Pomerol 2015, dense and full-bodied, with fruity notes, spicy, with a good concentration, but all in roundness, is very representative of this great vintage, a fleshy and perfumed wine with the palate, of beautiful guard. The 2014, all in complexity, harmonious, of sustained and intense color, a wine well typed, with the nose of prune and pepper. The 2013 combines structure and charm, flexibility and richness, notes of ripe fruit with nuances of undergrowth on the palate, ample and sappy. The 2012, deep ruby color, full-bodied on the nose and palate, balanced, is very fragrant, with firm tannins, a beautiful persistence.
The 2011, with notes of ripe red fruits (blackcurrant) and sweet spices (cinnamon), is well fleshy, of a pretty intensity, with tasty and powerful tannins at the same time, that we can come out with a navarin d lamb or veal liver.
Superb Lalande-de-Pomerol cuvée X 2015, very limited edition (1800 bottles), whose label is particularly successful, a wine aged in new barrels, which combines power and flexibility of tannins, concentration and aromatic subtlety, with this side fleshy present, combining structure and velvety in the mouth. At the top. A family property for more than 5 generations. The grape variety consists of 65% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Cabernet Franc, manual harvest. The regular work of the land, in the respect of the environment, is privileged, excluding any chemical weed killer and any chemical systemic treatment. It is the permanent observation of the vineyard that determines the interventions. The fauna present in the vineyard attests to the natural balance obtained. In the field, therefore, no chemical weed killer, the grass does not grow because its winemaker works the land. He returns it several times a year, with appropriate plows.
Florent Guinjard is a child of the Bordeaux vineyards. A real ! His passion for wine, he has at heart to share it with the greatest number. He loves above all to discover the amazing diversity of wines that he produces on his estate.
At the head of a property that belongs to his family since 1880, he perpetuates both the tradition while progressing, year after year, his winemaking technique by surrounding himself with the advice of the best Bordeaux oenologists to offer a high wine range at an affordable price. His will: to produce fruity wines, thin little wooded. His trademark: the fruit.
"With an area of 11.2 ha, says Florent Guinjard, the vineyard is grouped around the winery. It is located on the sandy-loamy and stony plateau north-east of Libourne. We are working today 10.5 ha, increased the capacity of our winery to be able to vinify all the grapes that we produce. In 2009, we equipped ourselves with thermo-regulation to better control the temperature of our fermentations. In 2010, to improve our quality and be respectful of our harvest, we bought a new press.
In 2012, in an ecological approach, we equipped ourselves with a washing area, and tanks for storing effluents. The same year we put in condition 1 ha of vines, tearing and replanting it. Then, in 2014, we rehabilitated 1 ha of vines, which we replant with our own selected Merlot. "

The gel hit 95% Château Roquebrune, says Florent Guinjard, the small remaining part is superb, the rest sold to the trade. Although the harvest is quantitatively reduced, he is very satisfied with the quality of the 5% he was able to collect and that he would tend to compare to 2015. The sales in 2018 are focused on some 2014, then the 2015. In According to the market, it will be released on 2016, at the end of the year. Rehabilitation of the vineyard and improvement to remove the grass mechanically, interceps.

Faithful to itself, its Lalande-de-Pomerol cuvée Reine 2015, with a nose of ripe cherry, with scents of gooseberry and leather, is a generous and harmonious wine, of intense carmine color, and develops a persistent mouth with these notes of spices and blueberry, with shades of smoke.
The 2014 has aromas of macerated fruit and spices, a beautiful garnet hue, a wine dense nose and mouth, combining finesse and structure, with tannins both rich and silky, excellent evolution. Beautiful 2012, beautiful deep ruby color, a very harmonious wine, nose of raspberry and violet and a touch of spice, fleshy on the palate.
The 2011, full and rich on the nose as in the mouth, is a nice balance, fat, with melted tannins, where marry the morello cherry and a very nice wine.
Superb 2010, with notes of ripe red fruit (cassis) and sweet spices (cinnamon), very fleshy, of great intensity, with tasty and powerful tannins at the same time, and savored on a saddle of lamb with blinis tarragon or mushroom goose.
The Lalande-de-Pomerol vintage Audrey 2012, with its intense nose of red berries and raspberry, is full-bodied and full-bodied, scented (raspberry truffle), a full-bodied wine.

An estate located 60 m above sea level, facing south-west, with old vines of about 40 to 45 years old, and predominantly black Merlot (85%), Cabernet Franc (10%) and Cabernet- Sauvignon (5%).
The vineyard has a gravely sand soil with an abundant underlay of alios, more commonly known in the region as "iron filth".
The vineyard is not weeded chemically but worked regularly. Finally, in order to preserve the quality of our wines, the harvest is entirely done by hand, with total destemming. The castles of the Dubost family were created in 1957 by Pâquerette and Yvon Dubost, former mayor of Pomerol, a connoisseur of the history of the town.
Today, it is Laurent Dubost, their son, graduate of agricultural school, who manages the exploitation. Thanks to his work and that of his team, he places his wines at the forefront of their respective appellation: Château Lafleur du Roy in Pomerol, Château Bossuet in Bordeaux Supérieur, Château La Vallière in Lalande-de-Pomerol and Château Pâquerette in Bordeaux Dry white.

Laurent Dubost tells us that the 2017 harvest has been reduced because of the atmospheric conditions in the 3 appellations: Bordeaux Supérieur, Pomerol and Lalande-de Pomerol (22 hl / ha). Qualitatively, the 2017 vintage is very successful, it is round, fruity and will be closer to 2009 and 2012.
On the market in 2018: a little bit of 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016 in July. It proposes in first the 2017 in May-June.

Its Pomerol 2015, from a typical gravelly sand soil with an undercoat of iron filth (alios), with aromas of black fruits and spices, is a wine with velvety tannins of ample and fragrant mouth, all in the final, generous and persistent, pretty structure.
The 2014 is intense color, with a powerful nose marked by notes of very ripe fruit (currant, cherry) and smoke, is dense and powerful in the mouth. The 2013 is charming, supple, with hints of overripe gooseberry, full-bodied, firm on the palate. Same owner as Bordeaux Superior Castle Bossuet.

This is a very beautiful Pomerol 2015, 14 months in barrels (30% new oak and 70% casks of a wine, 40 hl / ha), intense garnet color, nose of ripe fruit (cherry) with some leather aromas and, in the mouth, we find the nuances of red fruits with a silky side and a beautiful length, a great wine combining structure and velvety. "The increase in Cabernet Franc (21%, spine) and the arrival of Petit Verdot (4%, natural acidity) in the blend, combined with biodynamic (precision, elegance and freshness) mark a milestone important in the tannic and aromatic definition of this vintage. "
The 2014, very fine but voluminous, colorful, where, on the nose, mingling cherry and humus, has an attractive mouth dominated by stone fruits and liquorice. The 2013 (12 hl / Ha only), for which the selection was severe, tastes very well, associating aromatic scale and finesse of the tannins, with scents of ripe fruit, harmonious mouth. The 2012, really remarkable, is very typical Pomerol, nose where intermingle notes of spice and ripe red fruit, is a structured wine, a good length in the mouth, rich, very complex. The 2011, of a great freshness, a sharpness, purple dress, is elegant with tannins tasty, very balanced. The 2010, denser, still closed, has a very pretty nose where the connotations of plum and musk are revealed, a very beautiful wine which combines power and distinction, very classic.
The 2009, with this classic "smoky" side of the gravelly soils of Pomerol, is charming, rounder, more supple to the taste buds, nose of plum and violet and a hint of spices, fleshy on the palate, is appreciated, in particular , on skewers of filet mignon with dates and dried apricots or veal shank with lemon.
