At the head of the Second Classified Great Wines. Fourth generation for this family estate. Jean-Michel Pelletier perpetuates the tradition of growing vines while respecting nature. Because here, and for a long time, it is a very strong feeling ... Today, each gesture is reasoned, thought out, according to its consequences on the environment. Attached to family transmission and anxious to perpetuate the skills passed on by the elders, Jean-Michel Pelletier, a trained oenologist, also responsible for blending within the wine cooperative of Passy-Grigny, puts all his know-how to develop cuvées of excellent qualities. And pay special attention to the dressing, because the labels are really successful. "We have winked at the past. By doing the tillage with the horse-drawn plow, we reduce the use of chemicals. ”
Jean Michel Pelletier tells us “that in 2019, we have everything! Freshness, aromatic expression, a more beautiful material, more than in 2018, the only negative point, a slightly lower yield than in 2018.
During the tasting, we are seduced by this beautiful freshness, this tension, and especially by these beautiful concentrated aromas. Such a quality indicates a good aging potential, it is a vintage that is not found every year ... "

Something new with this Coeur de Cuvée Champagne, which is characterized by great freshness, elegance, good length in the mouth, a premium cuvée, only a few numbered bottles, with a very pretty label.
Always a pleasure still to taste this Champagne cuvée Anaëlle 2011, with a nose of narcissus and quince, with a very fragrant mouth with floral nuances, it is a lively wine, with a fresh and persistent finish, tasty with, in particular, a crusted wolf or lobster salad with celeriac and fresh truffle.
The brut Sélection, light gold in color with discreet green reflections, combines aromatic richness and persistence, ample, with connotations of flowers and toast. Superb Blanc De Blancs Champagne cuvée Confidential (very beautiful label), combining distinction and structure, a beautiful ample and floral cuvée, pretty mouth, very elegant, intense and fruity foam, a Champagne to lead as well on a turbot with hollandaise sauce as especially lemon cream tarts.
The Origin cuvée, pure Pinot Meunier, develops aromas of apple and fresh walnuts, with this intense mouth and these nuances of white flowers and lemongrass, elegant foam.
We also really enjoy the Grande Réserve brut cuvée, with this nose with floral and fruity notes, a delicate mouth wine dominated by citrus and lime blossom nuances, a beautiful cuvée of creamy foam. The Candice cuvée is distinguished, powerful and refined, with creamy and very fine foam, with subtle notes of fresh flowers and ripe fruit on the finish, a Champagne to present with grilled langoustines or a crispy apricot with iced nougat.
Excellent brut Tradition, with a fine and constant effervescence, fragrant, tasty on the palate, like rosé, very charming, with its notes of fresh fruit (strawberry, cherry), fine foam, combining flavor and distinction, of a nice aromatic complexity and very nice persistence.

This Champagne is the chiseled jewel of Richard and Véronique Petit. Together, they cultivate two Grands Terroirs of Champagne: Avize and Verzenay, vineyards classified as Grands Crus.
Their multiple meetings, tastings and reflections decided them at the end of 2008, to reveal the high potential of their great Terroirs and to shape their own wine.
For Véronique Petit, “2019 was the first harvest in our new buildings. We started our winemaking adventure in 2009, and for 10 years took advantage of my stepfather's facilities and tools. We decided to do work in our big Champagne house, we redone everything, press, winery, reception room, office, storage, in order to be completely independent from now on.
Very nice harvest in 2019 in quantity and quality, the sunny summer was very beneficial to the grapes. The harvest was healthy and very ripe. We have a new cuvée of Coteaux champenois rouge 2018 and 2019, these are superb wines, 100% Pinot Noir.
We always offer the same vintages, maybe we will be tempted to release a new one? We will decide during the tasting of clear wines, we bought small vats to make plots. The idea is to do everything to improve quality. ”
They were right since we really appreciated this Blanc De Blancs Champagne Grand Cru cuvée Nuit Blanche, Silver medal in the Chardonnays of the world competition, therefore composed of 100% Chardonnay, dosed at 3g / l, a powerful cuvée, with these delicate notes of nuts and citrus, very persistent, combining elegance and vinosity, while aromas and nuances on the palate, a great success, which we advise you, for example, as well on scallops in carpaccio with black truffle oil than with an almond and coffee meringue.
Superb brut Grand Cru cuvée Ambroisie composed of 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir, dosed at 3g / l, distinctive, full and fragrant, on the palate dominated by white fruits and small dried fruits, slightly honeyed as it should be .
And the Blanc De Noirs Grand Cru cuvée Obsidienne, made from 100% Pinot Noir, dosed at 3g / l, with fine and light foam, predominantly white flowers and hazelnut, very fruity, very balanced, harmonious on the palate, ideal with baked fish or crispy sweetbreads.

It is the story of a great-grandfather, a grandfather and then a father, winemakers working to pass on to their children a unique history and know-how. Passionate about their terroir and vineyards, the members of the Poinsot family carefully cultivate their vineyards like a precious garden. “Owner-harvester family winery in the Côte des Bar, we are animated daily by the constant quality of our Champagne cuvées by cultivating our vineyards with care, rigour and passion. Of all the colors of nature, some are omnipresent in Champagne. The soft green of the vine leaves, the deep red of the grape clusters, up to the bright gold of our wine and the silvery reflections of its fine bubbles.”

You can enjoy the Champagne cuvée Alliance rosé, raw cuvée of assemblage, with a complex and persistent nose, it is dominated by dry fruits and rose, of ripe and creamy mouth, of very beautiful tint.
The Prestige cuvée, a Champagne assembled only from heads of cuvée of a single year of vintage is excellent, where combine roundness and distinction, very aromatic, spicy, a wine both very fine and very structured, of a beautiful finale.
There is also the cuvée Grand Héritage, made from grapes selected in vines over thirty years old, equal proportions between the three grape varieties, a dense and flowery Champagne, very fruity on the nose as on the palate, all in aromatic persistence with connotations of lily, apricot and honey.
Excellent vintage 2010, 1/3 equal of the three grape varieties champenois, fragrant, fine and rich at the same time, with these subtle scents of mirabelle and brioche bread, a very beautiful Champagne that goes as well with trout papillottes with mushrooms from the woods as on a salmon terrine with sea bream moss, for example.
The Tradition, made from a blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay, combines freshness with richness, beautiful bright and clear colour, tasty mouth with nuances of pear and ripe peach, pretty creamy mousse.
