The passion and know-how have been passed on for 5 generations in the family. Vineyard of 5 ha. Particular clientele.
Geoffrey Péhu, after his studies in Beaune, came to work on the family farm. He took over management in 2007 and is one of those passionate Champenois wine growers who work their vineyards in the greatest Champenoise tradition, while respecting nature and the environment. He develops his wines from the harvest to bottling with great passion.
This Champagne brut Premier Cru cuvée Émotion, 100% Pinot Noir, from our vines of Verzenay (100% Grand Cru), soft and fruity, with persistent floral notes, with aromas of toasted bread and apricot, rich mouth, a pretty finesse, robust, is remarkable, very harmonious to the palate.
The Blanc De Blancs, 100% Chardonnay, is a very pretty cuvée with light and intense foam, powerful mouth, rich in aromas (fresh fruits, narcisse, hazelnut...), balanced, harmonious, a Champagne that associates very well, for example, pike dumplings or frozen oysters and parsley mousse. The Champagne brut, 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay, combines aromatic richness and persistence, with notes of flowers and brioche. As for this rosé crude, made from 80% Pinot Noir (of which 15% vinified in red) and 20% Chardonnay, tasty mouth, all in aromas, with notes of apricot and strawberry, it is a nice Champagne of abundant moss.

At the head of the Second Great Wines Classified. Fourth generation for this family estate. Jean-Michel Pelletier continues the tradition of vine culture with respect for nature. For here, and for a long time, respect for nature has been a very strong feeling… Today, every action is reasoned, thought out, based on its impact on the environment. Committed to family inheritance and concerned to perpetuate the gains passed on by the elders, Jean-Michel Pelletier, wine maker by training, who is also responsible for the meetings in the Passy-wine cooperativeGrigny, puts all its know-how to develop cuvées of excellent qualities. And special care is given to the dressing, because the labels are really successful. “We gave a little nod to the past. By tilling the horse-drawn plough, we reduce the use of chemicals.”
“The 2018 vintage is the year of the “plus”! Quite exceptional volumes, a fabulous quantity of grapes, a perfect state of health, mature, ideal weather conditions, it is a memorable vintage, even historical, enthusiasm Jean-Michel Pelletier. In short, a raw material zero defect! After 2017, it was a pleasure. The Pinots noirs were loaded, there may be a lack of material, of aromatic concentration.
It is always a pleasure to taste this Champagne cuvée Anaëlle 2011, with the nose of narcisse and quince, with a very fragrant mouth with floral nuances, it is a lively wine, of a fresh and persistent finish.
The Brut Sélection, in a light gold colour with discreet green reflections, combines aromatic richness and persistence, ample, with connotations of flowers and toasted bread.
Superb Champagne Blanc De Blancs cuvée Confidentiel (very nice label), combining distinction and structure, a beautiful cuvée ample and floral, pretty mouth, very elegant, intense and fruity foam, a Champagne to be opened on a turbot sauce hollandaise as well as on tartelettes with lemon cream, in particular.
The Origine cuvée, pure Pinot Meunier, develops aromas of apple and fresh nut, with this intense mouth and shades of white flowers and citronella, elegant moss. We are also really pleased with the Grande Réserve Brut, with this nose with floral and fruity notes, a delicate wine of mouth dominated by nuances of citrus and linden, a beautiful cuvée of creamy moss. The cuvée Candice is all in distinction, powerful and refined, creamy and very fine foam, with subtle notes of fresh flowers and ripe fruits in the finish, a Champagne to present, including grilled lobster or apricot crisp with glazed nougat.
Excellent raw Tradition, with a fine and constant effervescence, fragrant, tasty mouth, like rosé, all in charm, with its notes of fresh fruit (strawberry, cherry), moss fine, mixing flavor and distinction, with a nice aromatic complexity and a very beautiful persistence.

It is the story of a great-grandfather, a grandfather and then a father, winemakers working to pass on to their children a unique history and know-how. Passionate about their terroir and vineyards, the members of the Poinsot family carefully cultivate their vineyards like a precious garden. “Owner-harvester family winery in the Côte des Bar, we are animated daily by the constant quality of our Champagne cuvées by cultivating our vineyards with care, rigour and passion. Of all the colors of nature, some are omnipresent in Champagne. The soft green of the vine leaves, the deep red of the grape clusters, up to the bright gold of our wine and the silvery reflections of its fine bubbles.”

You can enjoy the Champagne cuvée Alliance rosé, raw cuvée of assemblage, with a complex and persistent nose, it is dominated by dry fruits and rose, of ripe and creamy mouth, of very beautiful tint.
The Prestige cuvée, a Champagne assembled only from heads of cuvée of a single year of vintage is excellent, where combine roundness and distinction, very aromatic, spicy, a wine both very fine and very structured, of a beautiful finale.
There is also the cuvée Grand Héritage, made from grapes selected in vines over thirty years old, equal proportions between the three grape varieties, a dense and flowery Champagne, very fruity on the nose as on the palate, all in aromatic persistence with connotations of lily, apricot and honey.
Excellent vintage 2010, 1/3 equal of the three grape varieties champenois, fragrant, fine and rich at the same time, with these subtle scents of mirabelle and brioche bread, a very beautiful Champagne that goes as well with trout papillottes with mushrooms from the woods as on a salmon terrine with sea bream moss, for example.
The Tradition, made from a blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay, combines freshness with richness, beautiful bright and clear colour, tasty mouth with nuances of pear and ripe peach, pretty creamy mousse.
